Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before booking. 

A £15 non-refundable booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment.

A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required for bridal bookings. Bookings are not secured until the fee is paid.

 

If you are a new lash or brow client, please book a patch test/consultation at least 48 hours before your appointment.

I do not infill other artists’ work.

For bridal bookings, please send me an enquiry with as much information as possible, such as your date, venue, ceremony time and any ideas regarding your desired look. Information regarding bridal makeup bookings can be found on the bridal page, located under my portfolio. If you wish to discuss your bridal makeup with me, we can arrange a phone call to go over any queries you may have. All quotes are personalised and bespoke.

Can't find a time slot to suit you? Send an enquiry with your preferred time and date and I'll do my best to fit you in! An out of hours fee may be included, if this is outside of my usual working hours.

Please do not be late for your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and you will still be charged.

 

If you can no longer attend your appointment you must let me know within 24 hours or you will be charged 50%. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Attend your appointment alone, unless otherwise arranged.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will still be charged and may be banned from booking with me in future.

I do not offer refunds on any services once carried out. If you experience any issues, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to help. By booking a service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
